- 18% VAT on all tour fees and services
- Professional mountain crew — Licensed guides, porters, and cooks
- All meals on the mountain — Breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily
- Camping equipment — 3-season tents, sleeping bags, mats, dining tent
- Katadyn filtered water throughout the trek
- Airport transfers — To and from Kilimanjaro International Airport

- International flights: $500-$1,500 depending on where you fly from
- Tanzania visa: $50 for most nationalities, $100 for US citizens

- Personal gear rental: $100-$200 if you don't own everything
