Daily Meal Plan

Breakfast (7:00 AM)

Dinner (6:00 PM)

  • Dessert: Fruit, cake, or biscuits
  • Hot drinks

Hydration

Staying hydrated is crucial at altitude. We provide:

  • Katadyn filtered water (safe to drink from the tap)
  • Hot tea and coffee throughout the day
  • Boiled water for your bottles

Aim for 3-4 liters of water per day on the mountain.
